If you come from the north, follow the Brennero highway until the Bressanone/Brixen exit- Val Pusteria/Pustertal, follow the SS49 until the Sonnenburg Castle and take than the SS244.
If you come from the south, go beyond Verona/Bolzano/Chiusa and take the Chiusa/Val Gardena exit. Go through Gardena Valley, beyond the Gardena Pass and reach Colfosco in Alta Badia.
In case you travel by train, the Brunico station is your final stop, for it is only 38 km far from Alta Badia.
Bressanone (70 km) and Bolzano station (beyond the Gardena pass 70 km) follow.
